Give reviewers the full operating story

Provide design reports, construction and raise records, monitoring trends, water balance, inspection findings, change records, incident history, emergency plans and open actions. A reviewer cannot test the current risk position from a final design drawing alone.
Agree the review question first. You may need assurance on structural stability, operating controls, instrumentation, emergency readiness or governance. A vague scope gives you a vague answer.

Use findings to make decisions

Assign each finding to a decision-maker. Record interim controls where work continues. Verify closure with evidence, not a completed spreadsheet cell. Directors need visibility of high-risk findings until the competent reviewer accepts closure.
